Refund and Returns Policy

At Ok Kanda, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   – Items must be returned within **7 days** from the date of delivery.
   – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
   – Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for processing refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items
   – Personalized or customized products.
   – Products marked as “Final Sale.”

3. Refund Process
   – To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at cs@okkanda.com with your order details.
   – Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address.
   – Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **7–10 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Shipping Costs
   – Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
   – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
